Women's Wealth & Wellness Virtual Summit

 

Let's talk building generational wealth and incorporating holistic wellness practices to realize your goals. That's what we'll be covering during the day long Women's Wealth & Wellness Virtual Summit on September 19, 2020.

The morning is full of wealth building workshops including salary negotiation, saving/budgeting, team management/leadership, and virtual networking. The afternoon will cover wellness sessions including at-desk exercises and massages, digital painting, human design, yoga, and breathwork.

Berna has partnered with major brands and spoken at venues all over the map, including the Girlboss Rally, Google, The Wing, and the United Nations Youth Summit.

Aliesha is a career coach and speaker on a mission to use her experience in professional and career development to help women and veterans land their dream careers.

Tori Dunlap is a nationally-recognized millennial money and career expert. She has helped over 50,000 women negotiate salary, pay off debt, build savings, and invest.

Desktop Well-being

Arianna (Ari) has been a neuromuscular therapist for 4+ years. She’s worked with chiropractors and acupuncturists, giving her a chance to study both Eastern and Western modalities and incorporate them into her own practice. She believes every ache and pain has a story to tell, and through a little investigating she helps her clients achieve a sense of peace and better well-being.

Creating Digital Art with SketchBook

Laurel is an artist living in the Seattle area. She has studied drawing, painting, and natural history illustration, but particularly enjoys watercolor and digital tools. She started Laurel and Lemon in 2019 and specializes in pet portraits (petraits!).

Art enhances brain function and can actually raise your serotonin levels. Tap into your creative side with Laurel’s digital art tutorial and explore your emotions through the beauty of art.

Human Design to Find Your Work Flow

Victoria is a human design coach whose mission is to guide growth-oriented women to live with less hustle and more flow. Learning her unique design changed her life. It gave her permission to let go of the “should’s” and start living for herself. From this experience, she is passionate about sharing Human Design with others so they can boldly live their truth.

New to human design? Victoria will introduce you to this innovative system for human understanding and how you can apply it to your own life.

Jasmine RaShae
Soulful Flow Yoga

Jasmine RaShae is a yogi, storyteller, and brand alchemist. She merges mindfulness, movement, and soulful music into an uplifting vinyasa class to deepen each student’s connection to their mind, body, and soul. As an African American woman, Jasmine is very passionate about making yoga accessible to communities of color and youth. She shares messages from the heart for the soul through a curated set-list and intentional postures that compliment the music and messaging.

This isn’t a yoga session like any other. You’ll find that Jasmine’s class will get you moving and grooving.

Brittany Wilson
Breathing into Wealth and Abundance

Brittany Dior Wilson (she/her) is a Seattle-based Breathwork facilitator. Brittany got her start in community healthcare where her interests evolved to meet the intersection of social impact, wellness, and community-based healing. Her practice creates community healing spaces for BIPOC to center their wellness and shared experiences in a concerted effort to heal the individual and the collective.

Round out the day of learning with Brittany’s breathwork session and internalize the knowledge that you’ve gained throughout the summit.
